We wanted to buy a house in Austin but didn’t know anyone. After talking to a few people on line, Lee Ann stood out because she made us feel comfortable right away. She gave us all the information we needed to make the decision to fly out to Austin and look for a house. We only had three days in Austin but Lee Ann made the most of them showing us multiple houses despite the bad weather. We didn’t think she could make it happen, but we ended up buying a great house. She was very friendly, professional, patient, and dependable. Lee Ann made us feel like we could trust her, not an easy thing to do with old people. She’s the very first person we met in Austin, and we became friends by the time we left. If all Austinites are as accommodating and wonderful as Lee Ann, we made the right choice buying a house here.
