We had 30 days to move to Austin from Denver... My husband was in town and a realtor that was referred to us took him to see just one rental house, which we didn't like. He was in Austin for 3 days and we needed to find a home. It was a Sunday morning and I immediately went online and found Lee Ann Clark. She dropped everything she was doing to help us find homes. She even took my husband that same day to look for homes. They continued the search the following day and we found our home. With us being in Denver, we thought it would be difficult but Lee Ann was there for us the whole time and it was an easy transition. The management company was going to be closed by the time we arrived in Austin and Lee Ann was gracious enough to pick up the keys for us. We arrived in Austin, tired from a very long drive. Not only did Lee Ann leave the keys in a safe place for us to find, when we walked in the house we were surprised to find that she left dinner for us - pizza, cookies, plates, napkins - well, everything that we needed and on top of that toys for our two dogs. I say this from the bottom of my heart, we were so blessed to have found Lee Ann. Not only did we find an AMAZING realtor, which we will definitely use when we are ready to purchase a home, we found our first friend in Austin..... I will recommend Lee Ann to anyone looking for a realtor. She goes above and beyond to help.
